Remarks:
I think we’re looking at a fish that had a lot of potential but is showing the battle scars of growing up as a white stripe maroon clownfish that wasn’t isolated at a young age.  The left pectoral fin shows bent rays, a possible sign of damage and regrowth.  The face is rather flat…could be indicative of a rearing issue or of significant mouth damage from fighting at a young age.  The upper edge of the tail shows some damage that may or may not be regrowing.  And without a doubt, the webbing between the 2nd and 3rd dorsal ray could remain like this, could be in the process of regrowth, or could even be in the process of atrophy, to result in a fish with a “spike” down the line.  Don’t miss the second split in the dorsal fin further back…again, a likely issue of fighting that should heal, but you never know.
I find it interesting that the stripes on this fish all stop short.  The upper right caudal peduncle bears a single white spot, another unique trait to this fish.
Ordinarily, a fish like this would fall into my culling category, as with all fish being offered, the defects are not presumed genetic at this time, and the main reason for offering these fish is to broaden the size of the F1 population going forward (ensuring genetic stability where possible).
